Compassionate Leaderly Communication is a practice of leading in the language of your life…using a set of listening and speaking skills that can help you “sort”/think on your feet, reduce stress, transform conflict, and improve relationships.

NVC PRACTICE OPPORTUNITIES:

Duluth Community NVC Skills Practice Group

We refer to these practice group(s) as our NVC/SDPG (Slow Drip Practice Groups) because, as we practice together, we are changing old life-alienating communication habits and patterns by gradually infusing new life-affirming ones using the tools of Nonviolent Compassionate Communication that build self-awareness, mutual respect, trust, and a certain quality of connection. Currently, we are choosing to read and discuss one chapter per SDPG session using The Compassion Book by Thom Bond.

There are two community SDPGs offered per month, January through June.
